It was a busy week the last one, and the week end is gone already.
But TODAY it was a wonderful sunny day! and I've got just a few minutes to take those photos of my blank canvas sweater.
It's not a mystery that I love Ysolda Teague and her knitting patterns, and this sweater is the best fitted garment I've ever knit so far. No modification needed to the original pattern, I knit the size 34"
The yarn is the same that was used by Sara of Sazmakes : the New Lanark Donegal silk tweed that has a 10% of silk and it soften after washing without weight and structure loss. I really like how it drape and I think it would be perfect also for stitch definition. It is warm and I adore the halo blends it takes after washing.
The 3/4 sleeves and the boat neck are ideal to show off my checked shirt that I am obsessed with :)
so, this afternoon I've got a walk in my town with my family and looking back to this picture I can really say that this sweater give me happiness.
Let me know if you made yours or what's your "goddess-like" knitting piece?
